Would having a weekly commitment to show up and 'fess up , strategize, set goals, and celebrate achievements help you make the progress you want and need? Faculty accountability coaching provides gentle support for goal setting, project management, and productivity. We'll establish a plan for getting work done and adjust as needed, with weekly goal setting and check-ins to keep you honest. In our weekly calls, we'll talk about what you achieved last week, how your work went, and what would help you be more successful at reaching your goals. Then we'll set a new goal for next week and the cycle repeats. Early calls in the term will include some broader discussion of your goals and priorities along with context-specific strategies for success. Interested?
